How to make sushi vinegar and sushi rice? What’s the reason for using wasabi with sushi? How to make hosomaki, uramaki and temari shusi? Now we know all of that! Art Habitat took part in sushi class by Eico Kano at Laurence Pidgeon. We spent wonderful time with lovely people, learnt a lot and ate plenty of sushi made by ourselves. It doesn’t really take 20 years of training to master the skills of making good rise and sushi. We got at it in one evening!
